Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

Welcome to the website of Stonebridge Home Inspections LLC (“Stonebridge Home Inspections,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stonebridgehomeinspections.com (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

This Website is provided for general informational purposes. It provides information about Stonebridge Home Inspections LLC, our home inspection services, and ways to contact us or request an inspection.

The Website is not intended to provide a property-specific evaluation, inspection, diagnosis, repair recommendation, engineering opinion, or other professional advice regarding a particular property.

2. Florida Home Inspection Services

Stonebridge Home Inspections LLC provides home inspection services in accordance with applicable Florida laws and regulations.

Under Florida law, home inspection services generally consist of a limited visual examination of readily accessible installed systems and components of a home, including the structure, electrical system, HVAC system, roof covering, plumbing system, interior components, exterior components, and site conditions that affect the structure, for the purpose of providing a written professional opinion regarding the condition of the home.

A home inspection is not intended to identify every existing or potential defect or condition in a property. The scope, limitations, exclusions, and other terms applicable to a particular inspection will be set forth in the applicable pre-inspection agreement and related inspection documentation.

3. Scheduling and Retaining Our Services

Information on this Website, including information regarding our services, does not by itself create an inspector-client relationship or constitute an agreement to perform an inspection.

If you decide to retain Stonebridge Home Inspections LLC, you will be required to:

  1. Review and sign our applicable Pre-Inspection Agreement(s);
  2. Receive applicable disclosures and information regarding the inspection, including the scope and exclusions of the inspection; and
  3. Pay the required inspection fee before inspection services are rendered.

An inspection appointment is not considered fully retained or confirmed until the required pre-inspection agreement has been signed and the required payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Stonebridge Home Inspections LLC.

The Pre-Inspection Agreement contains the terms governing the inspection engagement, including applicable scope, limitations, exclusions, fees, payment terms, and other conditions.

If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a signed Pre-Inspection Agreement concerning the inspection services themselves, the signed Pre-Inspection Agreement will control.

4. Florida License and Required Disclosures

Before contracting for or commencing a home inspection, Florida law requires a home inspector to provide the consumer with a copy of the inspector’s Florida license and a written disclosure containing the scope and any exclusions of the home inspection.

Stonebridge Home Inspections LLC will provide the applicable license information and required inspection disclosure in accordance with Florida law and our inspection process.

5. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are prepared for the client identified in the applicable inspection agreement and are subject to the terms and limitations contained in that agreement.

Information on this Website should not be interpreted as an inspection report or as a representation concerning the condition of any particular property.

6. No Guarantee of Property Condition

A home inspection is a limited visual examination and is not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the future condition or performance of a property or its components.

Conditions can exist that are concealed, inaccessible, intermittent, outside the scope of the inspection, or otherwise not reasonably observable at the time of the inspection.

The inspection agreement and inspection report will provide additional information regarding the scope and limitations of the inspection.
